My Mom's favourite is Japchae. Japchae is a Korean dish made from sweet potato noodles, stir fried in sesame oil with vegetables (typically thinly sliced carrots, onion, spinach, and mushrooms), sometimes served with beef, and flavoured with soy sauce, and sweetened with sugar. Japchae in Mujigae soft texture.

This bibimyun is dry ramen with minced meat, vegetables and egg that wrapped with crispy flour. I would prefer if this bibimyun more salty, so it feels more prominent.
There is tokochi to accompany my bibimyun, i think tokochi is fried topokki version hehe

Green Tea Sea Salt Rp 19.091 (not include tax)

I am interested in the presentation of green tea sea salt from Mujigae. First i confused lift small bottle containing green tea for fear of overflow, then first i ate that white cream outside the bottle. Yes that is cream, not ice cream. They taste so salty, not sweet.
I finally mixed green tea with white cream, and then I stir to blend. Miraculously no salty taste anymore.
